Strategically planned based on your property type, location and style, our Open Houses are a favorite (for both our sellers and the guests!) I will build a buzz that generates a sense of excitement and potential fear of loss if Buyers don't act on their interest in your listing. We have a huge email database of about 8,000-10,000 buyers we have captured who are looking at properties right now, that no one else has access to. As soon as we list your property we will send a mass email to our exclusive buyer list. This helps bring multiple buyers for your home.
