1. Price Properly

Staging is the second most critical factor when selling. The way your house appears to the buyer is the second most critical factor in creating value in their eyes. I will stage your home to cast a positive light on the features most important to buyers.

 

3. Place Signage

We'll place a "For Sale" sign in your front yard that draws eyes and catches attention.

 

4. Response System

Use an Interactive Response (Riley) System to provide information about your property 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each caller’s inquiry will be followed up with a text call.

 

5. Distribute Notices

Distribute “Just Listed” notices to neighbors, encouraging them to tell family and friends about your house.

 

6. Optimize Internet Presence

I'll post information on my website, on social media, on the Coldwell Banker Listing System, local MLS systems, and List Hub, tapping over 24 web-sites to attract both local and out of town buyers.

 

7. High Definition Media

Include the maximum number of high-quality photos (made by a professional photographer), a 360° virtual tour, and a complete description of your property on all web sites 

 



8. Video Marketing

Our videos range from home property tours to community spotlights, and more... 

to build a following of home buyers and sellers in our community that we love!

9. Mass Exposure

I include your house in our Company and MLS tours, allowing other agents to visit for themselves.

 

10. Create Brochure

We create professional, custom brochures. There are examples of our designer's creations below.

 

11. Social Media


Advertise your house within my real estate newsletter, Direct-Mail Campaigns, Email Campaigns, and Social Media.

 

12. Schedule Open House(s)

Create an Open House schedule to promote your property to prospective buyers and market those open houses

 

13. Target Database of Buyers

Target active buyers and investors in my database for anyone they might know who may be looking for homes in your price range and area.
